Polish Pottery is safe for use in the dishwasher, microwave and oven.

1. Do not place in hot oven directly from the fridge.
2. The entire bottom surface of bakers should have food or some liquid, i.e., broth or sauce, to avoid possible cracking from hot spots.

RETURN/REFUND POLICY: Please contact us within 10 days of receipt of goods to report any damages. Please click here to email customer service (new email: tbpolishpottery@gmail.com) with your concerns.

We cannot be responsible for problems with pottery purchased more than 1 year prior. Should the occassion arise we will do our best to replace any pieces purchased within the 1 year time frame. If we cannot replace an item we will issue a store credit.

We do our best to ensure safe delivery from our store in Florida. Orders will usually be shipped within 2-3 days, usually sooner.
Special care in packaging is used to guarantee safe delivery.
